annostor is a standards-based annotation platform that integrates open source applications. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Access to annostor requires authentication via ORCID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ORCID credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your data & annotations

You retain full ownership of all annotations, datasets, and materials you create or upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

When you choose to publish annotations to external repositories (such as Zenodo), the licensing terms of those repositories apply. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service before publishing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use annostor in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect the service.
